Now The Waiting Really Starts
Carrie had her Big Mac then I took her and Alan to the hospital where she was admitted. She looked so scared . Partners can remain at the hospital until 9:00pm but us “almost papas” have to leave until visiting time.
They don’t think anything will happen tonight, they don’t expect things will start until tomorrow but if Allan’s not at the hospital they will phone him as soon as Carrie goes into labour and he will phone me to take him there.
So now there’s nothing to do but wait for the phone to ring.
