		<description><![CDATA[I think it&#039;s not too hard to find a pram that is pretty &amp; practical. Especially with the new designs for 2009 coming out. I find that a lot of the strollers with bassinet add-ons are great for looks &amp; practicality.
I also find some of the smaller names like Englacha have a good balance. But it is true - with the real high-end stuff, its pretty or practical.
