“PAPAHOOD”

I was looking at the ’swing pictures’ this morning and it just dawned on me that Gracie hasn’t got her shoes on. I’m waiting for all the accusations of neglect and mail telling me what a terrible papa I am so before this happens let me explain - Gracie will not keep her shoes on, or her socks for that matter. She either kicks them off right away or she tries to eat them (her socks also get this treatment) for a while and then just pulls them off. On the short distance from the house to the car she can manage to lose a shoe. The other week Carrie arrived home with Gracie minus one shoe which she had kicked off while at Tesco. Carrie went back for it the next day and had to wait an hour until someone from security went to fetch it. Perhaps we should change her name to “Gracierella”!
