Cast a Clout
What great weather we’ve been having over the past few days, could this be the start of summer? With temperatures of 21°C – 70°F since Monday and the weather forecast is for more of the same. But remember the old saying, “Ne’er cast a clout ‘til May is out” which means roughly something like, “don’t put away your winter clothes until the end of May”. Gracie, however, has disregarded this old proverb and has got out her summer dress and doesn’t she look pretty and cool.
