Papa’s A Great-Uncle!
I’m a Great-Uncle! My niece Mariama had her baby this morning (a boy) at 12:40, he weighed in at 8lb. After a very long labour they had to deliver the baby by cesarean section, both mum and baby are doing well. As I type this, no name has been been decided upon but I will be going to visit them in hospital this evening and will update the blog with more details and pictures later. Meanwhile, here are a few pictures and a video clip that my wee sister Isy sent me. Congratulations to Gran Isy and Papa Tam, Uncle Simon and uncle Colin, and of course to Mariama and William on the birth of their first child, a son.
